Educational Quality Development in Industrial Revolution 4.0
The quality improvement of higher education is needed to guarantee the quality of graduates. This improvement plays an important role in university competitiveness. Accordingly, to maintain the competitive advantage of graduates, higher education needs to adjust the education paradigm due to the rapid change of local and global skill demand.
To enhance the employability skills of graduates in entering the workforce requires curriculum reformation from input-based education to outcome-based education. In learning and teaching approaches, the paradigm friction appears from an instructional paradigm to the learning paradigm. To solve this issue, LP3M (Institute of Educational Development and Quality Assurance) holds ICED-QA which is the continuance of SNPPT. This event has been held annually from 2015.
